Extremely Unprofessional Hiring Process – Wasted My Time for Over a Month. I had a very disappointing experience with KR Elixir Technology. They contacted me directly for a job opening and even sent me an individual interview invitation. There were two interview rounds, and after clearing the first round, it took almost one full month just to schedule the second round. During this entire time, the Head of HR, Pawan, repeatedly confirmed that the opening was active. Both interview rounds went well and the interviewers gave very positive feedback, which raised my expectations. However, after waiting for more than two weeks for the final result and following up multiple times, I was suddenly informed that there is no opening anymore and the position is on hold. When I questioned how this could happen after two completed interview rounds and continuous confirmation, the HR response was extremely dismissive: “I don’t run the organisation.” This entire process felt careless, unstructured, and disrespectful to a candidate’s time, preparation, and emotions. Calling candidates, delaying interviews for weeks, giving false hope, and then abruptly saying there is no opening is not professional hiring practice. This has been the worst recruitment experience I have faced so far, and I would strongly advise candidates to be cautious before engaging with this company. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
