Short phone call from the initial recruiter to present your resume to the maintenance managers. Then a conference call with the 3 or 4 most experienced technicians that work for the company as they grill you with questions and judge you in comparison to thier personal 20-30 years of experience. I find it incredible that 10 years wasn't enough experience. They told me they want someone who requires absolutely no help completing a repair on any type of machine/model/control that might exist. Which to me requires at least 20 years of experience. Good luck finding that.
