The first discussion is a quick call with the manager. Following that, an in-person interview is arranged and will be with the manager and owner. You are immediately then given an exam if they wish to proceed. The first part of the exam is done in a blue pen. After an hour, they replace your blue pen with a red pen and give you a laptop to research the questions. A lot of the questions are intentionally obscure. The goal is to show your abilities to use the internet as a resource (as that's most of IT).
