Casual interview. Getting to know a little about yourself and the projects that you have been working on. Interview wanted to know what skill sets are known and the amount of Revit knowledge was in hand
It was a standard process with questions about experience and skills relative to the open position. They were professional and friendly. I had two interviews, one with the office principal and one with the direct supervisor.
Pretty straight-forward. I discussed my previous experience as well as expectations from the company. Salary was not discussed until after the job was offered, and turned out to be non-negotiable.
