Very professional and kind people. Interview process included a scenario where you had an interview set-up and a short time to find answers to relay in a story. The meteorologist part of the role was phone interview.

They do a mock-reporting stress test. be prepared to report as if you were live on-air. They put you at the scene of a murder and you have to report the facts in that moment.
Interview depends on a lot of different factors but generally speaking they do have candidates take a history and current events test. If you are applying to be a reporter they will have you pretend you are working breaking news and do a mock live.
