Very long and drawn out with three interviews many emails and little specific information from the hiring manager (Site lead and gene editing lead). People in Germany are more friendly than the Manager in the St. Louis office. Strangley, the hiring manager did not ask me a single technical question but I found out later that is why I was disqualified. The hiring manager could not tell mw what the goal of the position was and specifics about what I would do. Shockingly, the company could not tell me what were some company goals for the coming year.
