First phone screen with HR, then zoom interview with comms director, then group zoom interview with comms team. First two interviews were great, 3rd one very awkward and the group seemed underprepared to interview me. They ended up never following up after that 3rd interview even to say I didn’t get it, which was rude

Just a simple video-call interview with the HR where they asked for basic background information and how long you are planning to work. They were just trying to get to know a bit more about you and how much you can commit to the role
