People with my degree out of Purdue University (Bachelors in Finance) get paid about $50k a year according to Glassdoor. This position required a college degree. The interviews felt like a job description. There were no technical questions and they just wanted my background. Second interview the CEO wanted to interview me and did not show up. They offered me $14/hour with a subpar benefits package and their reason for this was I had no experience. I have successfully completed 2 internships. These internships also paid more than this full-time position. Ask what the pay and benefits will be in your first interview. They low-balled me and would not negotiate.
