Waiting time for not too long. Offer rolled out within two days from phone confirmation. No much negotiation on candidate's expectation. Kaar has been a life changer for lots of young guys.

Kaar Technologies were really professional in handling the interview process. They keep updating about the status of the candidature every two days after the interview. 1:1 interview was organized by the recruiter. The offer letter was issued within 2 days from the date of 1:1 interview.
