1) Phone Interview with HR , 2) Phone Interview with MGR , 3) Panel interview with dept heads, 4) interview with CEO or COO. You need to understand what the company does, it's history, it's competitors, and be ready to be yourself. ALSO, dress casual, suits and tie will most likely get you rejected.

Unique three step interview process that starts with a phone interview, then a panel interview in person, then a personality assessment in person (I did a video chat). Laid back environment that made it much easier for me to be myself.
