First I had to go through a 20-30 minute phone interview about my background and experience. We also discussed salary expectations and the recruiter gave me an overview of the company, it’s history and culture. She then explained what the rest of the interview/ hiring process would be like. Next I was called in for an in person interview. I was given a full tour of the facility by the recruiter and shown where I would be working if hired. I was told I would be interviewed by three people. After the tour I was asked to wait in a huddle room and the interviewers would come in one at a time to interview me. I sat there for about 10 minutes then two guys walked in. They interviewed me together asking me a series of questions.

The interview process was took about 2 and a half weeks from initial contact from a recruiter to the offer letter and acceptance. The first step was setting up a phone call with a recruiter from Kabbage. After that phone call a date was set to meet up with two different Sales leads. The next step in the interview process was to meet with two department heads to assess organizational fit. After the last interview I heard back from the recruiter I had been working with on the same day and had received an offer.
