HR Calls you and looks like HR did not know what they are looking for. Ask you a bunch of questions like a "To-Do List". Almost all of them are answers: Yes, No questions like a questionnaire.
They asked me the current salary of the company that I was working for and this is a big red flag even though they do not push you to share this.
After 15 days the technical interview arrived, this was cool, regular questions with kafka, java, spring, cloud and other stuff.
Then I did not heard anything from HR after two months, and the next email that I've recieved were a lot of tests from pluralsight of technologies that were not aligned to the job description, and asking to complete that within a day....
I noticed a lot of red flags but be careful with your hire process, does not seem like a agile company from my experience.

It dependson which hiring partner intervews you. If the managing partner, you have to be a Utes fan (the other too are BYU fans).
Also if hte managing partner interviews you, teh secret and hardest question is, "Why should we NOT hire you?" Have a reason and no matter how he twists it, stick to it.

Entrevista
The process was very thorough. The individuals I met with were professional and didn't waste time. They were welcoming and answered all questions I had regarding the company and it's policies. Overall it was a good process.
