There was an initial phone interview that lasted 20-25 minutes. During this time, we discussed my resume and relevant experience. The in-person interview lasted about 40-50 minutes and was very casual/conversational. I felt like I was speaking to an acquaintance rather than a potential employer. The interview started on time.
