Online Application, Testing, and Interview. Not as simple as it seems. Testing was timed typing and Language test. The language one was the hardest, i speak Spanish fluently and i had a hard time understanding the person who was testing me. I believe she was from Spain, Spanish varies by country a bit.

Panel interview with Lead and Supervisor. Also took a clerical skills, test for typing, excel, word etc. in addition helpful to know Generic and Brand name of drugs. Asked if I had any phone experience.
