Three step
1.HR- usually over the phone. Initial screening overviewing your resume. Have strength and weakness ready.
2. Assistant Clinical Director- in person and on campus. Formal interview with ACD.
3. With the department director and department coordinator- in person. Includes site tour, resume red flags.

Very quick and easy process. Interview was very informative and was held in house. I was told that I got the job within three weeks after interviewing. I also received excellent training.
