Very simple and straightforward, I filled out the online application and they interviewed me soon after that, the longest part was getting onboarded since there weren't many spots so even after the interview you have to wait a bit.

incredibly straight forward and simple, group style interview made it very easy and took away any stress, pretty much just asked a few questions and then asked if we had questions before concluding the interview

It was pretty casual and relaxed. My coordinator was nice and approachable. I think there was about 3-4 questions for each person in the zoom, and then they discussed the program for about the last 10 minutes.
