The process started with a quick phone interview. This was really easy and straight forward. The only key question being "Do you smoke?". The company has a strict no smoking policy.
After successfully completing the phone interview, I was sent an email containing links for two online personality tests. These take around an hour each and will begin to give you a clear insight into the company and their attitude towards employees.
Having completed the online tests, I then had to go to their Birmingham Northfield offices to take an aptitude test. This is a computer based test and consists of a series of timed sections that test your language, maths and shape comprehension. Very much in the form of an IQ / Mensa test.
This was as far as I got in the process, but for those 'lucky' enough to progress there was a raft of tests to come, including: A drugs test, criminal records bureau check and a credit history check.
