They tell me the job's in the insurance sector, they tell me the job's gonna deal with a lot of AI/LLM-powered backend engineering + contributing to the platform/infrastructure components, then they throw some completely disconnected hackerrank and leetcode challenges at you, where they test your memory and algorithm skills, none of which are relevant to the job itself.

4) Technical Interview: Working Session (1 Hour)
During this session, you will be asked to pull code from GitHub and open a pull request. Please ensure you have a GitHub account ready, can run basic Git commands, and have a code editor available. You will receive the repository invitation at the start of the interview. The code in the repository is mostly Python. However, Python knowledge is not required to solve the problem and is not a part of the evaluation. You will need to manipulate some JSON files, and we will be assessing your problem solving approach.
5) Executive Interview (30 Minutes)
In this final conversation, Paul (CEO) will assess your culture fit, discuss your potential future at Kalepa, and answer any outstanding questions.
