I went through four interview rounds in total: with Talent Acquisition, the HR Manager, my potential direct manager (Client Partner), and finally the CEO. The process was structured but conversational, and I felt the interviewers genuinely wanted to understand my fit with the company rather than just test hard skills. A recurring theme across rounds was the “Tell me about yourself” question. In the later stages (with the direct manager and CEO), the focus shifted more toward my outlook on marketing, industry trends, and strategic thinking. Since I don’t have direct paid ads experience, I appreciated that they didn’t overly emphasize technical campaign details, but instead wanted to see how I think about growth and the future of marketing. Overall, the experience felt thorough but fair. The tone of the interviews was professional, and each round gave me a clearer picture of the role and company culture.
