The first interview was a case interview with one employee. The second interview was behavioral with two employees. Both interviews were straightforward and typical consulting questions for behavioral interview (why firm, what areas interest you, etc).

Two Rounds, initial in-person interview on campus, second round with a panel via phone. First round was a pretty standard "tell me about a time when" plus a quick, nonstandard case-style question, with no clear answer (purposefully, I think) to see HOW you reasoned your way through the answer.
