Entrevista
20+ students from a college in Pune attended the interview.
First round was the aptitude round consisting of questions related to C,Cpp,Java,Dot Net,networking etc. as technical side of aptitude and the rest included maths and english grammer.
Second round was the technical coding round done with pen and paper. Given 5 questions and had to solve any 2 from it.
Third round was a face to face interview. Again checking for some more technical clarifications from candidate.

If you satisfy below criteria then only go for interview:
1). First of all, if you know the all basic concepts and have clear understanding then and only then go for interview.
2). If you can write any program without a inbuilt method
3) If you have well versed knowledge of data structure
4) if you have well versed knowledge of SQL
They want a full stack experienced fresher on 5k stipend as per their point of view who has good knowledge (1,2,3,4) he can work for 5k
