Entrevista
They actually contacted my references and did a social media review of my public accounts. They also did a background check - I know one candidate was eliminated when something came up. We did a phone interview with the Deputy Post Auditor and two senior auditors. A week later they brought me in, I spent about 30 minutes doing some exercises in a room, can't recall but I think it was about interpreting data. Then we had an in-person interview with the Chief Post Auditor, the Deputy, HR, and 2 senior auditors. They're really just looking for "smart" people, it doesn't matter what your background is. Can you interpret data, synthesize a lot of information, interpret policies/laws. Came away very impressed with how sharp everyone was, and how well it was run.

Entrevista
The interview process was very disorganized. It consisted of an initial webcam interview then an in person interview. They did not specify that they have a personal garage so I had to pay to park for my interview. They also did not give me a door code but luckily a construction worker was able to let me in. Once in, nobody was prepared for the interview and they read off a script for the interview as if they had never done it before.
