The search committee consisted of 6 librarians from different areas in the department. After initial introductions they each asked a question related to the position, my values, the values I believed were important to the position, experience in the field, and where I saw the job in relation to the library as an institution. Afterwards there was an opportunity to ask them questions, and they generally took turns answering.
