The first process of my interview was an initial phone screening with their internal recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and asked general questions about fundraising and sales experience. It was made very clear that the organization had a corporate structure with a heavy emphasis on sales.

The process was very organized and professional. I didn’t get an offer, but they treated me with respect the entire way through. They wanted to hire for an onsite position, but left the conversation open.
