First round on-campus interview. Half-hour behavioral interview. My interviewer seemed very young and inexperienced, but was happy to answer any questions I had. Most of the questions asked were about demonstrating leadership and experience with handling quantitative data. One question was about a brand whose packaging stood out to you.
