Telephone interview with HR person. Arranged over the phone but they never bothered to get back to me, I must either have been really crap but that was extremely poor from a courtesy perspective

The usual: strength and weakness, examples of past work challenges and achievements
good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
