The first round was a 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. The process was easy. The hiring manager was nice and she was transparent about what the role entailed.

The hiring manager contacted and the interview time and date was set and it was a smooth process. The interviewer wasn't on time and was late by 30 mins. The interviewer was friendly and really cooperative and the overall experience was nice.

HR will go through the resume, asking about why wanting to quit the current job, regular questions. HR will then connect a candidate with line manager to do a face-to-face interview. After the interview, there will be a test to write 8-10 reports based on the given materials.
