Two rounds of interviews. First is a screening interview with HR to make sure your experience aligns with experience of position. Second interview is with leader of design team. Questions asked were around experience and working with educators in regards to learning and professional development. There was a section where you analyzed and gave your insights into three slides in regards to content about the role. Was told HR would follow up with status of application. No emails from HR. Emailed HR one week later and they said they would check in with team. Never heard back from HR. Emailed HR one month later to confirm application status was "no offer" and then HR finally emailed me back with confirmation of no offer. I believe they would have never emailed me if I hadn't emailed them. Seems very poor etiquette after going through two rounds of interviews to then leave the interviewee with no information.
