Over the phone then one to one. Recruitment agency called as they found my cv online and asked me competency based questions. Then face to face with the manager how was twenty minute one on one. Was relaxed interview asking about previous experience and skills and also education background
Strange interview they answered me a whole bunch of weird questions. Had me do after two test. That was very strange. My resume was very good. I have a masters degree just really didn’t understand the interview.

Average interview process, three interviews, simple questions. I would recommend the CEO of the company, however, there seems to be a high turnover rate within the company. Hope this information is helpful to all of the individuals readings this.
