My interviewer asked me to prepare a twenty-minute to twenty-five minute lecture on a topic of my choice. She encouraged me to use the board. The interviewer and two other instructors watched me deliver a lesson. They tried to act like moderately disruptive students too.
Composed of two parts, an initial review and a screening. The screener was very nice and helpful. I received an offer within two business days after completing my screening interview.
