I applied online then I was called in for a teaching audition. There were six of us in the room at one time and two of us ended up getting hired. We each had five minutes to teach any subject of our choice other than ESL. I was then interviewed one on one with the Academic Manager.

The teaching audition was the only difficult part. The follow-up interview was very straight forward.

Took about an hour the usual questions. I would say there were no surprises. The room had no air conditioning though and it was a hot day so it was very very hot.

Very casual. Asked some questions about teaching experience and also some basic questions . Was invited in the for a second interview in which I had to give a pre prepared demo lesson (topic of your choice) to a couple of students. Very friendly otherwise
