The whole process was pretty straight forward and each individual I met with was super nice. I did have to go through 3 interviews and it made sense how they had it set up.

Very disorganised with the recruiters. After my 2nd (of 4) interview, they told me I'd made it through to the next stage but emailed me 2 hours later to say the position was filled and I was put up for an associate CSM position instead. I continued with the process and completed 4 interviews, including final stage. After a seemingly positive final interview with their Global Head of CS, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I heard nothing and had to chase them multiple times before finally being sent an auto reject email with no feedback. After 4 rounds of interviewing I think this is incredibly disrespectful and a negative indicator of what it would have been like to work at this company.
