The interview process consisted of seven interviews. It began with a phone screen with the Head Recruiter, followed by six individual Zoom interviews with the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations & Customer Success (Hiring Manager), Vice President of Sales, Sr. Commercial Operations Analyst, Director of Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement, Director of Customer Success, and the Chief Commercial Officer.
Each interviewer was polite and respectful, asking a mix of behavioral and technical questions related to their role and how their department collaborates with Commercial Operations. The conversations provided a clear view into cross-functional expectations and the overall structure of the organization.
