I sent my request for the position and they contacted me to have a first interview. The first interview was via Skype. The interviewers were two professors in charge of the project.

HR notify the candidates for further interview based on CV and cover letter, and a further interview is carried out by the main professor. Then the other professor called me to ask about my previous knowledge and decided to accept me.
