3 stages of interviews, one over the phone, one via a zoom call and the last one is in person. Very good and informative interview process. Staff were all great to talk too.

First you will be contacted by phone to ask some questions, in the next stage you are interviewed by a manager and then you have a final interview with a member of the sales team. Basically if you have some sales skills you will go to the last stage, it is not necessary to show experience, they do not have any problems if you are new to the English language. The big problem is that they are not clear with the salary, nor detailing what you will do at work. It is a door-to-door job, they assign you areas where you can find potential clients who want to contract services, in my case it was for Telus with internet, TV, telephone and smarthome services. THERE IS NO GUARANTEED PAYMENT. All pay is comision based, however you will hear during all interviews that a lot of money is received, but nothing is guaranteed. They say that the training is paid, but it is not like that, there is only a bonus of up to CAD $2,000 per month that you could eventually earn if you meet certain conditions. They are all very friendly, most of them young and with good social skills, if you can take the risk of no generating any money for a while, then maybe is a good option to start as seller.
