Microsoft Teams Interview and never got feedback or anything from manager who interviewed me. Had to chase him on LinkedIn and he just lead me on to nothing which I felt was extremely unprofessional.
After applying, I did not hear back from them about an interview for over 2 months.
Guy that interviewed me felt like I was talking to a Robot. It was hard to even have a normal conversation with this guy as it's for a sales role, you want to be personal. Took another 2-3 weeks to hear back from them.

A very natural conversation discussing why I wanted to work there, why sales and what professionalism looked like to me. The interviewer was very nice and let me know there were 3 more interiviews to go through in order to get the job.
