Pretty chaotic, not building rapport, and basically not caring about the candidates. They jumped right away to questions without too much of an introduction. They were supposed to be a panel and one of the people that was supposed to conduct the interview wasn't available on Camera until 5 minutes before the end of the interview

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
