Entrevista
I got no indication during the interview that I didn't do well. The interviewer didn't ask any clarifying questions or give any indication that my answers weren't good. He would say 1 words answers like 'Awesome' and 'Sounds good,' and go on to the next question. I had 2 different interviews for 2 different positions. Their job ad says College Grads Welcome, and that they offer training, but based on the pictures on their website I feel they are discriminating based on age, race and economic status. They only want college grads who came from a well off family and who look 25 and like they're already super successful. None of the women featured on the company media on linked in etc. look over 35. They all look 25 or younger. That is creepy to say the least.

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
