The lack of clear communication from the HR team was disheartening, and it seemed like they were not respecting the candidates' time and effort. To add to the confusion, another HR representative from the same team reached out to me on LinkedIn, creating further inconsistency in their approach. As a potential candidate, I had hoped for a more organized and respectful interview process. It is essential for companies to treat candidates with professionalism and maintain open lines of communication throughout the process. In summary, the interview process at this company was marked by unreliability, miscommunication, and a lack of consideration for candidates' time.
