When interviewing at the school(s) I worked at, there were 4-5 people in the room. They each had a set of questions to ask and went around the table to ask them. The questions were mainly scenarios, how well I work with others, and why I like working with kids.

Katy ISD is a wonderful school district! The admin, at my location and from other schools within Katy ISD, has been excellent. They treat you as a “big family” from day one. I love working with Katy ISD’s admin, colleagues, children and communities/parents.
