Initially, everything seemed promising with four scheduled interview steps and exciting new projects on the horizon. However, after progressing to the second stage, I received an email stating that the role was being re-aligned and a new HR contact would take over. From that point on, it was radio silence - no responses to my emails, no updates whatsoever. It was only by chance, while browsing similar job listings, that I noticed the job title had been changed, indicating a completely different role. This revelation was disheartening. Moreover, upon further investigation, I stumbled upon several reviews echoing similar experiences - roles being cancelled, inaccurate or absent feedback and a lack of communication. This entire ordeal reflects an immature and unprofessional approach to recruitment, leaving candidates feeling undervalued and disrespected.
