      Entrevista

Initial HR Screening Short phone or video call to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit. Discussion on salary expectations, notice period, and role understanding. Technical/Skill-Based Interview In-depth assessment of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Can involve coding tests, system design, or domain-specific questions. Behavioral Interview Evaluates soft skills, teamwork, leadership, and situational responses. Often uses STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. Managerial/Panel Interview Interaction with higher management or team leads to assess overall fit. Focus on real-world problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making. HR Discussion & Salary Negotiation Final round discussing job role, benefits, and salary. Negotiation on compensation, perks, and joining date. Offer Letter & Onboarding Formal job offer sent with terms and conditions. Onboarding process starts, including paperwork and training.

A: TCP (Transmission Control Protocol): Reliable, connection-based, used for emails, web browsing. UDP (User Datagram Protocol): Faster, connectionless, used for gaming, streaming. Q14: How does garbage collection work in Java/Python? A: Garbage collection automatically deallocates unused memory. Java uses JVM’s GC, while Python’s GC uses reference counting and cyclic garbage collection. Q15: Can you explain memory management in operating systems?
