After applying, the first one was over the phone interview. Then Written exam and computer test. Then another interview and if passed, 7 day long training. After all these steps, then comes the final interview.
After an aptitude test & a written test, I faced the interview and it was good. I was called after passing the aptitude & written test. The process was smooth and everything went smoothly.

Entrevista
It was rigorous. They follow a very long procedure. Phone interview, aptitude test, audiobook presentation, seven days of assessment, again presentation, then final interview. It took more than a month to complete the whole procedure.
