Entrevista
Typical management consulting interview using case studies, one-on-one with a manager or principal or partner (depending on level applied for) at the initial rounds (varies from 2-4 interviews), and final compatibility interview with a senior partner.
Interviews can be done in person or using video conference.
Presentation-type interviews also possible, though not applicable to everyone.
People are smart and hard working. Expect long working hours.

Entrevista
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
