I applied through their website and a few weeks later I got an email from the HR in the Gurgaon office. We got on a call the next day where she asked me about myself and my background and setup the first round of interview. There were 3 rounds of case interviews which also included fit questions. The I interview process was a huge learning experience in itself.

Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
