Entrevista
The interview process had two rounds of interviews. The first round was two cases, the second round was two cases and one behavioral; cases were operational focused for example should we install a heat capture machinery into a power production plant? or a PE firm wants to invest in a agricultural seed startup, is this a good idea?; the behaviorals were straightforward
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.

The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is

Tell me about a time when you work with someone difficult
Two rounds. First round: 1 case + 1 behavioral, virtually on Teams. Interviewers were Associate and Manager level. Second round: 2 cases + 1 behavioral, in-person Partner makes offer call. Final round interviewers were Principal, Partner.
