recently had the opportunity to go through the interview with Kearney, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, the process was structured, transparent, and respectful of my time—a true reflection of a company that values both its employees and potential hires.

A main thing was having experience in government work and how well you work with others
Laid back and very informal. Did not ask any of the typical interview questions. Focused on prior experience only. All in all it was a very relaxing interview. Interviewed on teams with video.

Entrevista
The process was very unorganized, however the interviews themselves were very beneficial and useful when conducting. The actual HR process and communication was the major downfall, not the actual managers running them.
