First interview was with the Supervisor and the Vice President. It last around an hour with questions about why I was interested in Kearns and West and on my specific qualifications for the position.
The second interview was with someone who currently held my position to describe it and answer any questions I had. With the Supervisor and one more direct supervisor. Questions were somewhat follow up to the first interview.

Entrevista
Three thirty-minute in-person interviews. One in sacramento/davis office, the other in SF. The hiring manager communicates via email. Office is a bit empty feeling but the employees are really nice and respectful of your time.

Entrevista
There was a total of three interviews with various leaders across the company. Kearns & West has offices throughout the country and they want you to talk to leadership in each office. The interview process two months. The communication was good throughout the process by providing me with regular updates on how things were going.
