I applied online through an agency. The process took 3-4 weeks. I interviewed at Bio Products Laboratory (Elstree, England) in May 2018. I was asked to complete the answer to a few questions relevant to the job online and after that I was offered a face to face interview. I had a competency-based interview after which they told me they will get back to me and the other candidates they were interviewing within 1.5 weeks maximum. It's now been over a month and I heard nothing. I followed up with the agent and was told she will get back to me that day, but that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back. I think it's very poor recruitment practice not to do what you've said candidates you will do, and not give a response or feedback, as a sign of respect to their time and effort.
