My interviewer was really nice when she was getting to know me as a candidate during an introductory call. Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience regarding the actual process itself. I was supposed to have a first-round interview link sent to me so that I could better explain my experiences, etc. This happened during the holidays, and I was told that we would have that interview happen once the period was over, but there was a lack of communication, and I was ultimately chosen not to move forward after three weeks of no silence. The lack of transparency really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I felt that I didn't necessarily get a chance to showcase my experience/work samples, in which one could make the argument that it didn't seem as equitable as I'd like for it to be.
